    30 minutes of prelude music as your guests are arriving, all processionals and recessionals, any incidental music during the ceremony (such as music for a unity candle or a meditation), and 5 minutes of postlude music.

    Includes the ceremony music package, as well as an additional hour of music to start the party during your cocktail hour!

We provide our own light amplification for large spaces and outdoor events, included in the base prices above!

We are very willing to accommodate any length of event. Please contact us directly for our rates, if your event will be longer in duration. Please specify the details of your occasion (type, length and place of event as well as any special requests) so that we may give you an accurate rate.

The option of a duo (2 musicians) is also available, although priority is given to trio and quartet bookings on high-demand dates. Please contact us directly for more information and rates if you are interested in a violin & piano duo OR a violin & cello duo!

Music Requests

Midnight Rose can oblige special musical requests that are not currently in our repertoire. Please be aware that we must have sufficient advance notice (generally a minimum of four weeks) to prepare any special musical requests. Depending on the complexity and amount of time needed to prepare the piece, a request fee may apply. If the correct arrangement is not available, we can arrange the piece for our instrumentation. Please contact us to discuss any special musical requests you would like performed.

Rehearsals

It is not necessary for Midnight Rose to attend your rehearsal, as we have many years of experience and can ensure that everything will go smoothly. If you need to have a member of the Trio present for your rehearsal, this can sometimes be arranged. Please be aware that a rehearsal fee will be charged, depending on how long the representative is present, where the rehearsal takes place, and whether or not any playing is required.

Travel

Midnight Rose will travel to play for weddings and events outside of Cincinnati. We have played for many weddings in Dayton, Indiana, Kentucky, and other areas of Ohio. For events that are outside of Cincinnati, we do charge an extra travel fee, depending on the traveling distance. Please contact us with the specifics of your event for more details.
